    deal now worth .00864c. No buyers for NGF (well, there is one)

    Our directors should walk away. You cant tell me there would not be other interested parties for a 430,000oz resource. Unless of course there are undeclared motives for this deal.

    We are swapping into a dog with C3 costs over $1300 oz. NGF are barely making a profit.

    Anyone know why NGF has not been taken private?
