billy - one of the many vagaries of the ASX is they decide what gets the red exclamation mark and what is considered worth of a TH not the Company.
Company puts through the announcement and the ASX make the decision.. but agree hardly worth a TH.
Maybe they were cognisant of KAR's recent trajectory and wanted to allow the market a chance to digest...not like their knowledge of the rort meant they would do anything about it
