    Well put Vincent. Agreed wholeheartedly.

    It isn't enough for management to whistle out the window and say 'look at what we've got - show us your money'. They must get proactive and spend some of theirs (ours) in attempting to de-risk and prove up what they BELIEVE we have. Only then is blue sky possible, imo.
