    I think that 5 cents for the new issue is too greedy. Company has the cheek to say that the new issue is a reward to shareholders. On a consistently falling share price! Could backfire. Directors should have done what Biota (BTA) did - set a price low enough to ensure that the issue is oversubscribed.
