The management of your company can see daily share movement reports from the registry.

They can see what entity bought, what entity sold each day....with a 3 day lag.

I am personally aware of at least 1 small cap company that I have been involved in where management knowingly assisted a third party to trade news which resulted in the third party taking away substantial profits at the cost of ordinary long term investors. It is naive to think this doesnt happen.

I am NOT saying this is occuring in this instnce as I simply would not know.
