    A guy I know rode this dead horse to the ground in spite of my advice to the contary. He knows nothing of the markets. He only had these because he had worked for them once.

    The re-structuring is of no concern to me so I know nothing of it, but he has recieved his prospectus and doesn't understand it.

    Any good advice out there?
