15/3/13 "project financing well advanced"

2/4/13 "prepares to receive binding offer from 2 leading banks"

5/4/13 "moves closer to finalizing financing agreements"

10/4/13 " very close to completion"

22/4/13 "now on the cusp of receiving binding offers of finance"

on the bright side, perhaps the banks in question have been waiting for some of the recent deals to be ticked off before financing approved.

at least progress has been made THIS month

landowners agreement, toll treating agreement, port agreement, perhaps waiting on some off take agreements to come through or perhaps waiting on Kilimiraka/Stirling fiasco to be finalise??
