Why would DML's largest shareholder Cathay Fortune continues to make life difficult for the board of the DML and but still wanting to remain as one of its top shareholder?.
DML's board rejected the takeover maybe because they were trying to protect their high-paying job and this pisses off Cathay..this is a "maybe"
DML reported recently their output of copper and silver has gone up by 53 per cent and 62 per cent. So no doubt they have excellent performance.
