    Ok everyone, i know i called sub 3c.

    Still possible. However congestion up near the top of trading range is getting to be like a kid who keeps poking his dad in the leg wanting candy.

    In this case traders are poking NWE waiting for some information.

    There have been three montly "bottoms" with the third left to break.

    I hope it dosent. But its going one of two ways.
