Hi CDU'ers
Following from yesterday's letter from Hon. Bernie Ripoll, MP. Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, Parliamentary Secretary for Small Business, I have forwarded this letter today to Mr. Greg Medcraft, Chairman, Australian Securities and Investments Commission(ASIC):-
"Your ref. CCC11\0338 – CuDeco(CDU) Limited - Trading.
Dear Mr. Medcraft,
Further to my letter of the 9th March, 2013, concerning the above matter, attached is a letter that I have received back from the Hon. Bernie Ripoll, MP, Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, Parliamentary Secretary for Small Business, following similar
representations by me on the subject of CuDeco(CDU) Limited trading.
In my letter to the Hon. Bernie Ripoll, MP, I asked for a suitable process by somebody with Authority to act, rather than the necessity of huge costs involved in a Civil Action for compensation against the parties involved in malpractices in the Australian Securities Exchange(ASX).
You have not yet indicated to me whether you intend to do a forensic investigation into my earlier requests, especially the question of the unsigned broker document
report on F...... letterhead with a price target of $1.20 for CDU soon after CuDeco’s securities resumed trading after the JORC announcement on the 18th August, 2010.
Also, you have not written to me as to whether you intend doing a forensic audit of the trading of CuDeco Securities on the 18th August, 2010, in the light of the
additional material in Chapter 4.2 of the “CuDeco Shareholder Research” document that I referred to you to examine and thoroughly investigate for malpractice.
The Hon. Bernie Ripoll, MP, has indicated to me in his letter, that ASIC is the body responsible under the Corporations Act to approach to have my concerns properly
investigated.
I urge you to do this for me and advise the results of your forensic investigations on all the issues that I have raised, in due course.
Yours sincerely,
Maxw....."
Referred for the information of CDU shareholders concerned.
cheers
Max
