Thumbs up for asking! It's unlikely to receive a positive response because they would have to admit that further capital raising is still in preparation.
IMVHO this is the only explanation for the ongoing short selling activities.
Note that short selling activities are vital and necessary in order to secure underwritten capital due to the risk management of partners in banking and finance.
As long as the REO prices continue to fall Lynas can't rule out future capital raisings.
