    " don't think the JV being finalised will be with WEG, they are an empty shell at present they moved their shares (19.9%) back to Timeone and I believe that was to stave off any possible liabilities on WEG when the 'receiver' card was played by PLV."

    Timmy there hasnt been any change in sub holder notice to ASX - the 20% PLV holding is still with WEG and SS&T still have voting rights :)
