Hi Slick,
If as you say is correct, about the bags at the pond site are new and fresh bags, then where did the bags come from?
You have said to discount the movement of the bags from one site to the other site, are the bags at the pond are they process bags of Al80 from the plant?.....If the bags at the pond site isn't from the other two sites, then maybe the bags are from Alcoa Portland or somewhere else?
