The tricky part in the report is:
"A Cathay Fortune spokesman said the firm was not in a position to put a price on the offer before it had completed its due diligence."

If I was DML management, I would concentrate on my promise:
"The mine is forecast to be cash flow positive from operations for the June quarter based on current mining
plans and commodity prices."
As the profits come in through the front door, the problems will disappear out the back door.
