I'm interested to see what happens next with Freefire. They have fully underwritten the raising, yet weren't allowed to go above their current shareholding. So does the balance of their underwrite get issued as a loan, or do they now have to announce to the market what they intend to do now that they have breached their old shareholding % if they get issued additional shares for the shortfall?
