I suggest the board proceed with the CR in the absence of a binding offer that fairly values the long term potential of the company and NOT based on the battered sp that CFC has been so helpful in bringing about (never uttered a word of disapproval about the sp, but chucked a fit on learning of a CR....LOL !)
Now they are using standard FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt) techniques to scare the weak into submission.
Expect more surprise visitors dropping in on us on Hotcopper in the coming days and weeks.
