Disclosure: Dockers fanatic, Port hater. Being the club that joined the comp at the same time as the dockers and being a rival port city always envied the success Port had.

But..... after that clash my advice to Eagles supporters, who are so used to success that the aftermath will be of EPIC proportions from fans and board, just like the ridiculous responses i heard on talkback radio after the Carlton loss, if you taped the game, watch it 20 times and you will be half way to being as frustrated as a Dockers supporter whose constant banter of ridicule about lack of success shows absolutely no understanding of the pain and suffering that this gives a supporter!

I'm positive they will bounce back, the signs were there tonight of a side on the improve. Good players have just come back and with injury to Priddis lack of condition told out plus ongoing accuracy issues. No need to panic but appreciate the sort of pain that rival teams have endured for years!
