Hi Khaliqs,

I don't need to value the company, the army of experts at CF (who were looking at investing almost a BILLION dollars) has done all that for me when they valued it at $1.70 after examining all the books and contracts.

If fact they would have valued it a lot higher than $1.70 as I presume they would have wanted to make a profit after they bought the company?

And ,like you said, there is always "exploration upside and scarcity" to increase the value even higher.
