"The Company halted milling activities at Siana at midday on 25 April 2013 as a precautionary measure pending an immediate geotechnical assessment of ground movement on a small section of the tailings dam wall".
It's described as a precautionary measure and seems as both the reasonable and responsible thing to do. To call it the end of the company would seem incredibly premature if all you're basing it on is this announcement.
