P.s gotta love the timing of this announcement! 3 hours after the market closed on a Friday! On pretty much every level this stinks. Destruction of value and self-serving support for a trumped up deal is bordering in criminal.
Another reminder that the only way to make any serious dough is in a company you control yourself.
Really weak and really disappointing...I have lost 100k in a little over a year and the majority shareholder is telling us its a great deal.
Lets signal our displeasure by voting no to this sham!
