With all due respect,you and some others were telling us to stick with Hanlong and $0.45 cents.
Hanlong were never going to get the funding.
China delayed this as this other group who are trying to take over Afferro were getting themselves set.
This group are allready in trouble and I feel will not get Afferro. They are being investigated by The World Bank and Authorities in the UK.
Again this new group are offering part cash and top up with other means. They again have to get a letter to say funding is available to take over Afferro,let alone fund the projects.
Again we see Non Chinese Regulated or in other words,Private groups doing the dirty work for the Chinese Government.

I believe this group were suppose to have funding to build the Infrastructure for the Simanduo Projects. I believe the funding has not happened at this stage and is behind the time it was suppose to take.
