    Hi Baukaw, so let's for a moment assume there are no counter proposals (suprior or otherwise).

    How much time do you think China will take their time and make the Africans suffer more - now that permits have been ready since December 2012 (on top of the 1 year and 7 months of delay, stalling and insider trading freeze) since the HL bid emerged in Oct 2011) ??

    Can you shed some light for the record ?
