Floor price probably set in anticipation of the feasibility studies and now that the market can see the details it is just waiting for an improvement in Zinc price sitting at 85 Cents/lb is not going to do much for the sector. At least they don't have to bring in austerity measures like a lot of speckies and can't survive for a few years yet.
Why bring out this studies now is what I am intrigued? I read the delay for so long being the bad zinc prices to make the project unattractive so maybe their big holders are anticipating a change of fortune afterall these are zinc specialist whether producing or smelting it. I reckon good times ahead.
