A bit bizarre 100 k is not enough money to much of a difference to Gip who have just raised some money anyway. It would have made more sense to hang onto the shares for the long term.

Hopefully it was just some pocket change needed while waiting for the cash raising money to come through.
It did not really do Gip or Stellar any favours though.
