The reference to Keynes by PM Julia Gillard is a very true fact of life. It is better to adjust and change things around as you go in life. Most of us hedge in though, through fears of insecurity. Not bad advice actually.
As far as equal education for all children. Well that is a very good thing. Those who dont agree with this no doubt want to keep their children down below them for control and power. It happens! Giving opportunity is a good thing in life.
As far as the Retail recession. I think it's a natural reaction to realizing our human footprint on this planet is way too big. We need to be a lot wiser about what we take out and put back in. ie. keep the balance. Makes a lot of sense.
Libs' rant about wanting Anzac on the school curriculum, is just war mongering and putting fear up people, which we all know is not good. It is most likely there but not as the Anzac religion as they want it to be. Glorification of war? well! it is never a good thing.
