re: Ann: Binding Terms for Private Placement ... Starting to feel like us small investors stumped up for the exploration costs (and risk) but by the time we're in production we'll own very little. Maybe a sign of the times that explorers have to sell-out their loyal shareholders to raise significant project capital. Perhaps we'd do better to be taken over rather than get diluted to almost nothing. Just my opinion.
