Good point but may be too late.

I vote for the board as the worst board across ASX in 2013.

1, CEO dumped all of ITS shares on the market.
2, Generates significant financial loss, all major SHs suffer big loss.
3, Reject or to be non-cooperative for a $1.7 bid
4, Make the company in legal action
5, Make the company face possible class action
6, Breach their duties to release real production details
7, Fooling & Misleading the maket/ASX when ASX request the SP---they answer no idea, but actually they are planning the dilution.
8,Got no idea about their financial status until last mins.

SUCH A BOARD MUST BE DISMISSED ASAP!
