OUTCOME OF SUMMERSET ANNUAL MEETING
The following resolutions put to shareholders at the Summerset Annual Meeting
this afternoon were passed by shareholders:
1. That the Board is authorised to fix the Auditors' remuneration;
2. That Rob Campbell be re-elected as a Director of Summerset;
3. That James Ogden be re-elected as a Director of Summerset.
All resolutions were decided by a show of hands.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 3.3.3(a), the Summerset Board has determined
that the following directors are independent, as defined by NZX Listing Rule
1.6.1:
Rob Campbell - Independent
James Ogden - Independent
Norah Barlow - Not Independent
Christopher Hadley - Not Independent
Marcus Darville - Not Independent
