On Bergen. I don't think that they are an issue at all. Correct me if I'm wrong guys as I'm new to SUD. The agreement was for them to acquire shares in monthly tranches of $100k to $300k worth. So less than 10m shares per MONTH. SUD has been averaging about 2B shares traded per MONTH over the last 2 months.
My view is the selling is just near sighted profit taking.
The ball is in the court of the company to capitalize. The higher the market cap prior to a trade sale, the more leverage the company will have in getting the best price for the product.
