say 800m shares on issue when sale occurs (i currently get 742,741,284 fully diluted, including convertible notes)

$50m = 6.6 cents (including options cash)

$75m = 10 cents

$100m = 12.5 cents

personally, as posted, as was pointed out to me by director Mike Stewart, long ago:

so it depends on who really wants Artimist

Big Pharma are ruthless. CXS was a stock they possibly destroyed, then took over cheaply

imo, a bidding war may see $100m or 2 bagger

companies like BHP & Chevron have an interest so there may be a bidding war

otherwise, SUD is at the mercy & control of Big Pharma

if no bidding war, could be taken over as low as 7 cents

10 cents or $75m, imo, is excellent
