heartware 52 week high

Heartware has just posted some positive numbers for their first quarter after gaining FDA approval for their LVAD .

The stock has jumped over 13% and reached a high of 98.47

The stock reached 99 some way back in Janaury 2011 .

Thats 2 and a half years ago .

Point im trying to make , if we do gain FDA approval 2016 or lets say 2017 , thats 3 and a half years from now .

A year from now when we post an update halfway down the trial, in my opinion it will be almost impossible to reach the highs that Heartware reached at the same stage .

Thats dissapointing as in theory we have a far more superior product , less invasive , no blood , more affordable , less downtime in hospitals , and yet , our stock price is dangling in the 5 dollar range .

Heartware's model was and will be the model which Sunshine heart's management will look up to in terms of its Australian Heritage + US transition + Gaining FDA approval to commercialize the product in the US .

When we were in the 10 dollar range we spoke about how under valued and the huge upside potential . When we fell to 7-8 we continued saying what a wonderful time to buy , and now were at 4.8-5.2 .

My question and concern is , are we realistic in our predictions of the upside potential of Sunshine Heart in the next few years ?

In all honesty , even a 500% jump in todays prices during the next few years I would be dissapointed . Im not being a greedy investor and on paper 500% is a great return in any1s book , I just feel the real price for the company and its tiny float and its potential especially as its focused on one market changing product , should be 25 in todays prices , and a 500% return then is what im looking for .

Just thought id mention Heartware again as this quarter is their first quarter after FDA approval , and come back in a few years hopefully wed be here and remembering our discussions and hopes ,the only question is , will the tide change considerabely or will we continue to under perform even if we achieve our targets
