If you are right, Pottermore, and NWE management policy is determined by posts on HC, then I fear we are in deep do-do. I believe it would be easier to manage information flow than managing the processes involved in getting gas out of a hole in the ground. If they can't do the simple stuff then it is only natural for SHs to doubt their ability to do the hard stuff.

An alternative approach to all HC posters playing nice would be for NWE to achieve its expected outcomes.
