not sure i really need to reply to a baiting post, but here goes anyway.
they 'will' dilute shareholders is almost a given. They are burning approx $1m per month with less than $3m in cash and u think they wont dilute shareholders? 11c should be telling you something. I can't see this market funding the entire project on an off take. IFE only owns 75%- 80% of the project and the rest is within an underfunded shell?
They must need a multiple of that cash amount to even get close to production imo. If they manage to get this high cost producer to fly without a placement...i will be a little more than surprized. The company has raised multiple amounts via off takes and placements and we are still a long distance from mining anything. The market is dead over iron ore hopefuls if u ask me and a little commonsense would suggest the company will need a lot more money (market not handing it out at the moment)before this even looks close to producing anything other than hot air. The magnetite project is worth even less given its capex requirements. Hope it works, because i dont like things falling down, but other much cheaper projects are having issues at the moment. I noticed AGO came out with some excellent drill holes (higher FE content and much larger hits than IFE) and the stock was up 1.5c. This is a decent discovery in an operating miner, with access to infrastructure, with paying customers, a higher grade product and probably half the mining costs and the stock was basically unmoved. I don't have any info, it just has some issues and the biggest issue is money anyway you cut the cake from what i can see. If the company gets kissed by the money fairy, then all the power to you.dyor
