The chart is a picture of the price and Volume

What is it supposed to work ?

A picture makes things sometimes easier to see..
A map to get where you want to go .
A plan to build from .

A chart of price and volume to see what is the balance of demand and how it has changed over time..

A Picture is not the thing
A map is not the territory
A plan is not the finished good

I can not eat a picture of an apple
I can not have a holiday in a map
Or Drive in a Blueprint..

None of those things work !
The chart does not work like that either !

Now is it useful to have bearings in the tussle of supply and demand ?

Was it useful to Me to see that there was buying of the offerings on the decline from $4.20 ,, That that demand
spiked and stopped the decline altogether..

That there does not seem to Be such offerings ( size and
activity ) NOW ..

You suit yourself... But there is No need to confound what I did say with someone else's charts ?

Esp when HC does not know they are NOT MY charts

You did ask what since July about the price fall ?

That means looking at the course of sales...
How good is your memory ?
maybe you don't need a chart to picture all the Volume
Price and activity and their interaction...

If We accept that

People active in the mkts

have different
conviction
Time frames
Knowledge
resources
money
skill
Etc
Etc

If We accept some Know, some know less ,and some know very little...

Then The interaction of price volume and activity
is useful information...........

But supply Vs Demand in a situation of "heterogeneous agents " is the heart of all mkts

What happens when demand is more than supply ?
What does price do to demand and supply

You could take this discussion forward
Or you can say it will go up when it succeeds ?

I say the mkt action will reveal the probability of that success.... Once We filter out the noise ...( momentum traders )

In that way We can buy at pre success prices ..
And maybe even sell at pre failure prices

between say a $1 or $1.50

In a long decline like TLS a chart can keep us on the sidelines... And only look when demand surfaces and
Volumes rise and price shows support..

And support is not a price or line

it is demand overcoming supply ...

However with TLS there will always be stock to buy

with SSI there will be gaps and much easier to miss out ..

But How about making it plain that those charts you are upset about .. Were not Mine and I had nothing to do with their creation or the way they were used..

What works in the end is what is effective

We could compose a list of the effective ( what works in investing ) I have one a work in progress a constant polishing...

price volume and activity and their interaction
are on that list..

Knowing when a rally ends or a long decline is finished esp...IS useful information... And that happens when it happens.
