Ok mate.....I lived and worked there for five years.....know the whole Nargis thing etc...and the roads/infrastructure problems.....I 'had' a 5 acre plot of land down at Ngapoli Beach...10 mins from the airport...approx 350 metre of beach front...bought for a song but unfortunately in my ex wife's name.....I wasn't allowed on the ownership papers...being a foreigner....God knows how much that is worth now. In fact two blocks of land...a wee house...and a successful tour business....had to walk away (actually more like run) from the lot!!!!I too think AD is a better bet short to medium term at least.
