    I found a document we can roughly estimate the transport cost to bring ore from within Zambia to port:

    By truck: 6.7c/tkm --> $25/t for 350km(?)
    By train: 1.6c/tkm --> $25/t for 1500km(?)

    Mining and processing cost for on or near surface with crushing, screening is not a big cost. I would give another $25/t as a high range end number.
