How about a simple resolution that the MD gets a share issue at 2.3c (the price in October 2011 when the box had been in Perth a couple of weeks)and he must take up 30m shares. That will give ERJ back the $700k he has been paid in the last 2 years and put a smile on my face.
Come to think of it the same goes for the Chairman !
(and it's raining today in Perth so that is bound to cause further delays...)
