If the instos were handling my money and behaving in this way I would be outraged. If the best they can do is look at Macquarie research, which is always behind the curve, the they are at best lazy and at worst incompetent and devoid of any conscience.

They could always call BC Iron and ask what the state of play is. After all, this is all about owning a share of a business that has prospects, opportunities and people at its heart.
