Not sure but they are trying, though Euro not so much yet.
JPN, they are really going for it.
In Deflation Cash is King, and Debt is bad
Fighting deflation pretty much guarantees increase in Money supply
R-capitilising banks is like asking drunks to mind your wine collection.
Bubbles will arrise
The lower the POG, the safer it is a store of value, especially as suppliers go into care and maint.
Low cost producers with no debt, will start to aquire the best projects - may miss out on dividends though
