I agree with mgreenwo. The placement will be approved on Friday at the EGM and Toronto is done. So, next week is the time to stir the pot. I sure don't know what they have to tell us, but I'm absolutely convinced that the plan is to put the pieces in place and then make a lot of noise. So, if the price is not substantially higher by the end of October, I'm out!
