Hi all, late summary, had the brats sleepover, like a pair of Tassie devils!
Week ending 3 May
This week fear, uncertainty, doubt (FUD) gave way to grab a runner - agility needed, some tumbled back, random selection
NEA- media coverage, analyst giving .34c PT, fund jumping in on 29th combined with bounce off support level (classic tech setup); now maybe primed for next leg up?
ADN- news of shallow high grade Cu/Au discovery at Alford West, Moonta, SA; then a pullback to mid point DWC, is story new/good enough for another move up, more to come?
PUN-news of extended high grade mineralisation at Mt Mulcahy (WA), where to from here?
CNO-moved at end of wk on traders’ anticipation of drilling, Johnson’s on mkt buying
GRX-on some media and analysts coverage, also short term fundamental strength
CZN,CZI some interest, price/vol look OK on charts, POK potash commodity of next decade? BHP proposal to dev own Canadian project
Bios SUD, CZD leapt on news but pulled back, ISN continued up after nice BO
Opinions on spec runners
"..in an average mkt hot money gets concentrated on fewer stocks, so when something runs it gets more attention" giz
"..registry and mgt more important than project quality on specs, imo" McK
"..merry go round of mongrels, none of them amount to anything, 99% of time" McK
"..very cynical IMO, you need explorers to have producers, that's their function" (oscar I think)
"I agree not all, about 1% will succeed the rest stay on the CR/pump/bleed retailers merry go round for yrs and yrs" McK
