I think it is a large investor who has simply given up on MYG, wrong in my opinion but its a free market. Would be a very good time for an announcement on financing with gold looking strong in Asia this morning.
I don't read too much into the seller, no-one in their right mind would show their hand like this if they were hoping to get a decent price.
