Noted that there was no comment yesterday re the article on pg 8 of AFR. key points were: - Martin Ferguson Labor's resurces spokesman questioned Kyoto protocol and called for expanding uranium mining in AUS as an alternative to coal. - He welcomed plans to export to China. - The South Australian government will seek a review of the ALP uranium mining policy at the federal conference. - State Treasurer Kevin Foley has branded the present policy idiotic. - State Mineral Resources Minister paul Holloway states the he too supports a review of federal labour policy.
Perhaps only be a matter of time given the weakness of the ideological posturing from ALP. How much though?
