MOY has barely acknowledged IMC's move .Hope they are looking over there shoulder the whole time now, like can they defend itself if any approach is made or what, takeover premium!!

Singapore-based IMC Resources Gold Holdings has increased its stake in the company to 28.87%, from 27.41%.

IMC Resources now holds around 1.3 billion shares in Millennium after the on-market purchase of a further 64 million shares in late April for a total consideration of A$1.2 million, or about $0.019 per share.
