If the licence is being applied to be extended they will not be able to undertake works until this is complete as they technically do not have a exploration licence. Even if they could undertake exploration works it would be a brave director to allow works to progress while Voyager did not have control of the tenement because if they were to find something then you would expect that every man and his dog as well as the Mongolian government would try to claim the tenement for themselves.
Anyone have any experience will licence extensions. I know in Indonesia it is a long drawn out process because of the different levels of bureaucracy and corruption.
So is the process a rubber stamping exercise or a drawn out process? Does anyone know?
