next auditor

Now we're 2-for-2 on losing auditors, will we now have a reputation (seeing we're suing the last one over fees) and no auditor will touch us? Or will we have to pay a motza for auditing fees?

If you remember back, the reason for changing auditors, just last year, was to save money. Will this end up costing more as a result? If so, shouldn't the directors and management be held accountable for this?

Should we now get a decent auditor, from a decent company, who'll look into this company with a fine tooth comb? Do you think the directors will want that?

So what happens if no one will be our auditor? What then? Should the entire board resign and allow 2 months for other candidates to be put forward? Should we ask the 2 candidates put forward in 2011, to run again? Should we ask some decent shareholders, not connected to the current board, such as the 2 so-called 'rebels', who now appear 100% correct and validated, to run? Would they run if asked?
