you would only farm down at a premium, surely. At least 1.5:1.
I would be quite happy to see NDO retain 20% exposure for 5% costs etc, or 25% for 12.5% of the costs as well. And give away the operatorship to a bigger player.
They are not big enough to run with 50%.
