Obviously this is just an opinion, but I would really prefer that they focus their attention on bringing Paloma to a conclusion - whatever that is (JV etc) - before thinking about other activities.
If we can monetise that asset then it puts us in a much clearer, and stronger financial position with respect to our other ventures. While I highly doubt that the wells in Vietnam will exceed the caps, its a good example of where funds could have come from if the cap was exceeded.
Note: (with respect to Paloma) Farm-outs with an upfront cash component is normal/achievable seeing as we have a lot of data and knowledge to hand-over.
