I agree the tax system needs major reform.
As it stands people who work more and earn more pay more income tax while professional investors who do little or no work get a 50% tax discount on capital growth and can negative gear themselves so as to pay little or no income tax at all.
IMO the system is badly broken and both Liberal and Labor are responsible.
