This is a great ann. for AKK. They were unable to get any oil out of the well because they could not get rid of the gas. There was too much gas to flare safely and in an environmentally sound way, Smokey the Bear doesn't like fires and Colorado is in the middle of forest country, could you imagine an O & G company trying to flare off gas in the Blue Mountains on a total fire ban day to put it into perspective.

The terms although opaque seem fair and reasonable.

At the end of the day the gas deal was always about being able to get the gas away so the oil could be exploited. We now have a time line, that is 6-9 month.

So 6-9 months before we see oil flows (from Pathfinder), thus my sell sentiment. (Birch 3 still clearing, will probably be OK. I'll be back for a look at the end of the year to see how things are going)
